We have had to adjust our delivery costs due to the couriers raising them to us due to Fuel Surcharge.We will keep watching this and re-adjust when we need to. 

Postage costs (including packing) for mainland England, Wales and Scotland are as follows:

Orders up to £9.99 will have a postage charge of £6.00

Orders between £10-£19.99 will have a postage charge of £8.00

Orders between £20-£49.99 will have a postage charge of £9.00

Orders between £50-and over will have a postage charge of £10.50

We cannot always guarantee next day delivery- We do aim for this service but once the order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control. 

Orders will only be delivered on a working day not at weekends.

( A partial postal refund will be given if postage charges come in cheaper once goods are packed and weighed)

All deliveries to anywhere in the world other than the areas mentioned above, will incur additional shipping fees inline with our courier surcharges. Please look for an email with the courier charges.  Unfortunately your order will not be processed until the surcharge has been paid. 

Returns

If you have a query with an item you have purchased from us please notify us within 2 weeks of receiving your goods.When we have agreed the item can be returned to us refunds will only be given if goods are returned to us in a new re-saleable condition ( unless damaged or faulty ) with proof of postage. Buyer to pay for return postage.
